Job description
Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough vehicle evaluations to identify defects, damages, and necessary repairs. Collaborate with body shop technicians to diagnose issues and develop repair plans. Ensure all work meets manufacturer's standards and customer expectations by conducting regular inspections. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process. Job Requirements: 2-12 years of experience in automobile service, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), or related field. Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, etc. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier objects with assistance.
