Marketing Executive – Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh Region). Company: Animal Health Pathology Lab (AHPL). Base Location: Dhanbad, Jharkhand, Ranchi, Bhilai, Durg. Territory: Entire Jharkhand (Including Ranchi, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Jamshedpur, Hazaribagh, Deoghar, Giridih, Dumka and other districts). Job Summary: Animal Health Pathology Lab (AHPL) is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to expand our veterinary diagnostic laboratory services across Jharkhand. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with veterinary doctors, veterinary hospitals, pet clinics, livestock practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to increase diagnostic test referrals and business growth. The position requires extensive field travel throughout Jharkhand. Key Responsibilities: Visit veterinary doctors, veterinary hospitals, pet clinics, livestock practitioners, dairy and poultry consultants, and diagnostic centers across Jharkhand. Promote AHPL’s veterinary diagnostic laboratory services and comprehensive test menu. Explain laboratory investigations, quality standards, turnaround time (TAT), and reporting process to referring doctors. Develop long-term professional relationships with doctors and referral partners. Generate diagnostic test referrals and achieve monthly business targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand AHPL’s referral network. Conduct scientific presentations, doctor meetings, CME programs, and promotional activities. Coordinate with sample collection and logistics teams for timely pickup and reporting. Maintain daily field visit reports, doctor call records, and monthly sales reports. Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business strategy. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Veterinary Sales Executive, Diagnostic Laboratory Marketing Executive, Healthcare Sales Executive, or Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. Candidates from both Veterinary and Human Healthcare/Diagnostic Laboratory backgrounds are preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong business development and negotiation abilities. Willingness to travel extensively across Jharkhand. Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Candidates from Veterinary Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Zoology, or related disciplines will have an added advantage. Experience: 2–6 years of experience in medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic laboratory marketing. Fresh candidates with strong field sales aptitude and excellent communication skills may also apply. Employment Type: Full-Time.
