Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound and follow-up calls to students and parents. Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses. Explain product offerings, pricing, and address queries effectively. Handle objections and close admissions within defined timelines. Maintain and update sales pipeline using CRM tools. Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets. Build strong, long-term relationships with students and parents. Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Target-driven mindset with strong sales orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and digital platforms. Comfortable with high-volume calling. Eligibility / Requirements: Immediate joiners preferred. 6-day working (Monday fixed weekly off). Must have own laptop/desktop with stable internet connection.
