Designation : Patient Relationship Executive. Qualification : Graduation. Industry : Medical IVF Hospital only. Experience : 2 to 7 years. Job Description: 1. Guide and counsel patients on treatment plans, with a primary focus on financial aspects as advised by the consulting doctor. 2. Clearly explain the cost structure involved throughout the IVF treatment journey. 3. Ensure proper documentation of financial counselling, including obtaining signed acknowledgements from patients. 4. Act as a single point of contact for patients recommended for IVF treatment. 5. Support patients across the entire lifecycle from initial counselling to treatment initiation and completion. 6. Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships through continuous engagement. 7. Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with patients to encourage continuity of care. 8. Schedule appointments and provide reminders at least one day prior to patient visits. 9. Track and update patient visit status regularly. 10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations, counselling sessions, and treatment decisions. 11. Record patient feedback and follow-up outcomes systematically. 12. Prepare periodic reports on patient engagement and follow-up status. 13. Work closely with doctors and internal teams to ensure effective patient handholding and engagement.
