Job Title: Warehouse Store Manager | Assistant Store Manager. Department: Operations. Reporting To: Area Operations Manager. Job Summary: We are looking for a Warehouse Store Manager to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, supervise the warehouse team, and maintain smooth inward and outward stock movement while following company SOPs and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations. Maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability. Supervise and guide the warehouse team. Ensure timely receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Conduct regular stock counts and audits. Follow FIFO/FEFO and company SOPs. Monitor warehouse cleanliness and safety. Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and store teams. Prepare daily operational reports. Meet productivity and inventory targets. Skills Required: Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Team Leadership, Stock Audits, Dispatch & Receiving, Microsoft Excel, WMS/ERP Knowledge, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Time Management. Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline. Diploma in Supply Chain/Warehouse Management is an added advantage but not compulsory. Experience: 1 - 5 years in warehouse operations. At least 1 year of team handling experience. Preferred Industry: Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, Logistics & Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution Centers.
