Job description
Role & responsibilities: Handle customer queries via call, email, and in-branch visits. Assist customers with account opening, KYC, balance inquiry, FD, and other banking products. Resolve customer complaints and grievances within TAT. Maintain 100% data accuracy and follow bank compliance guidelines. Achieve daily service quality and customer satisfaction targets. Coordinate with branch team for smooth customer service. Preferred candidate profile: Education: Graduation from any stream. Experience: 0-2 Years. Freshers can apply. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge - MS Office, Typing. Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
