Job Title: B2B Sales Manager. Qualification: Any Graduate. Experience: 1 to 3 years. Job Role: Maintain good relationship with Relationship Manager (RM). RM will sell loan to customers. As KLI, candidate has to sell Credit Life Insurance, which is an insurance product. The more you maintain good relationship with RM, the more leads you will receive from customers. Candidate has to meet customers and sell life insurance products. It is a complete field work role. Candidate has to maintain good relationship with Relationship Managers. Company will provide 100% leads. Based on leads, candidate has to cross sell life insurance products which is Credit Life Cover. Credit Life Cover protects loan repayment in case of customer's death, where Kotak Life Insurance pays the outstanding loan amount.
