Job Title: Sr. Floor Officer - Guest Delight Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring timely store opening and adherence to all store opening processes. Manage optimum utilization of manpower and team development. Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality, avoid stock-outs and loss of sales. Handle loss prevention activities, pilferage control, asset maintenance, customer convenience, and service standards. Manage team building, employee engagement, space management, hygiene, customer service, and safety of staff, customers, and assets. Ensure smooth store operations and statutory compliance. The candidate should have experience in hospitality, QSR, manufacturing, cinema, fast-food, hotel, or restaurant industries.
