Paid Marketing Lead will own Navia's entire paid acquisition function including strategy, budgeting, creative direction, campaign execution, and performance analysis across Google, Meta, YouTube, and Email. Responsibilities include managing paid acquisition roadmap, setting CAC/CPL/ROAS targets, managing campaigns, creative planning, performance tracking, attribution analysis, A/B testing, budget optimization, dashboard reporting, and leading a small execution team. The role requires collaboration with design, content, CRM, and organic growth teams while ensuring compliance with SEBI advertising guidelines.
