Job description
Responsible for managing IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud platforms/services, Microsoft 365, firewalls and endpoint systems. Maintain system availability, security and performance. Administer cloud and on-premise environments including AWS and Azure platforms. Manage and support IT infrastructure, network infrastructure, VPNs, endpoint management and disaster recovery processes. Handle firewall administration including Sophos/Cyberoam firewalls. Ensure smooth functioning and security of IT systems. Perform software installation, hardware troubleshooting and provide technical support for enterprise IT operations.
