Job description
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with experience in hardware and networking support. The candidate should have minimum 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues. Responsible for assembling and disassembling computer hardware and components, installing systems, resolving desktop-related technical problems, and providing IT support. Key Responsibilities: Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues. Assemble and disassemble computer systems and components. Install and configure operating systems, applications, and hardware devices. Diagnose and resolve networking issues. Handle basic TCP/IP networking support. Ensure smooth functioning of desktop systems and provide technical assistance to users. Required Candidate Profile: Minimum 1+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Hardware and Networking. Good troubleshooting skills. Understanding of TCP/IP networking. Immediate joiners only. Shift: General. Location: Goa (Colvale).
