Job Title: Finished Goods Store Clerk. Goana Foods is looking for a responsible and organized Finished Goods Store Clerk to manage storage, documentation, and dispatch of finished products. The candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, proper stock handling, and timely coordination with production and dispatch teams. Key Responsibilities: Receive finished goods from the production department and verify quantities. Maintain accurate stock records of finished products. Organize and store products using FIFO/FEFO practices. Prepare products for dispatch based on sales orders and delivery schedules. Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Perform regular stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation. Record inward and outward movement of finished goods in company software or Excel. Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage to prevent product damage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the finished goods warehouse. Report stock shortages, damaged goods, or discrepancies to management. Assist during audits and physical stock verification. Requirements: Graduate or Higher Secondary qualification. 1-3 years of experience in stores, warehouse, inventory, or logistics (manufacturing/FMCG preferred). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with inventory or ERP software, warehouse operations, stock management, FIFO/FEFO inventory practices, and FMCG/food manufacturing environment.
