Responsible for managing the gold loan portfolio including sales, gold appraisal, and operational activities. Achieve revenue targets through cross-selling of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and other financial products. Coordinate with team members for strategic planning and execution of business activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Handle customer interactions, support loan processing, maintain portfolio quality, and contribute towards branch growth and operational efficiency.
