Responsible for managing daily branch operations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and delivering excellent customer service. Handle branch team management by providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and improve productivity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial requirements, and provide suitable banking solutions. Drive effective cross-selling strategies for retail liabilities, life insurance, and other banking products. Monitor branch performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives. Ensure smooth branch functioning while maintaining compliance with banking policies and procedures. Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in branch management or similar roles in retail banking. Strong knowledge of branch operations, relationship management, team handling, customer service, and sales processes. Proven experience in achieving sales targets through cross-selling and customer relationship management.
