Job description
Responsible for leading plant engineering, maintenance, and utility operations for automated high-speed manufacturing lines. Drive engineering excellence by ensuring smooth plant operations, equipment reliability, and maintenance effectiveness. Lead safety initiatives including Management of Change (MOC), Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR), sustainability programs, and safety performance indicators. Improve equipment performance through implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and optimization of MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). Manage preventive maintenance activities, engineering operations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant productivity and operational efficiency.
