Patient Relationship Manager

Role & Responsibilities:_x000D_ _x000D_ Patient interaction, guidance and counselling primarily on the financial aspect as per the advised treatment by the doctor._x000D_ _x000D_ Being the single point of contact for patients who are advised to undergo IVF treatment from counselling till treatment completion._x000D_ _x000D_ Ensuring regular follow-ups with patients for the next visit and providing appointment reminders one day prior to patient visits._x000D_ _x000D_ Counselling patients regarding financial aspects, explaining clearly the cost involved in the treatment journey, and ensuring patient signed records of financial counselling._x000D_ _x000D_ Preparing and maintaining data records of patients consulted and counselled for treatment along with patient feedback during follow-ups._x000D_ _x000D_ Keeping patients updated about any upcoming offers or promotions rolled out by the company._x000D_ _x000D_ Closely working with doctors for patient hand-holding and engagement and reporting follow-up status to senior doctors._x000D_ _x000D_ Conducting and coordinating patient support group meetings whenever required._x000D_ _x000D_ Preferred Candidate Profile:_x000D_ _x000D_ 1 to 5 years of clinical or patient-facing experience._x000D_ _x000D_ Prior experience in healthcare, IVF, or patient counselling roles is preferred._x000D_ _x000D_ Familiarity with patient management systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
