Assistant Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:_x000D_ _x000D_ 1. Sales & Customer Service:_x000D_ Drive sales through effective customer interaction and upselling._x000D_ Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards._x000D_ Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally._x000D_ _x000D_ 2. Team Management:_x000D_ Supervise floor staff and ensure productivity, grooming, and discipline._x000D_ Allocate tasks and monitor performance of floor associates._x000D_ Conduct regular briefings and support training initiatives._x000D_ Review and maintain departmental checklists._x000D_ _x000D_ 3. Inventory & Merchandising:_x000D_ Maintain MBQ (Minimum Base Quantity) of the department._x000D_ Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise._x000D_ Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines._x000D_ Coordinate with the VM team for product displays and stock rotation._x000D_ _x000D_ 4. Store Operations:_x000D_ Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety on the shop floor._x000D_ Coordinate with other departments like cash, warehouse, and admin for smooth floor functioning._x000D_ Monitor and report daily sales and footfall._x000D_ _x000D_ 5. Loss Prevention:_x000D_ Prevent stock pilferage through constant monitoring and control._x000D_ Ensure adherence to security processes and audits._x000D_ _x000D_ Preferred Candidate Profile:_x000D_ _x000D_ Experience: Up to 6 years in apparel retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role._x000D_ _x000D_ Freshers with MBA in Marketing, Retail Management, or BBA background can also apply._x000D_ _x000D_ Skills:_x000D_ Excellent communication and leadership skills._x000D_ Strong sales orientation._x000D_ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively._x000D_ Basic computer literacy including POS, Excel, and Inventory Software.
