Job description
Roles and Responsibilities: Provide career guidance to students on various educational options, including course selection, university applications, and scholarships. Assist in admission counseling by reviewing student documents, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for acceptance or rejection. Offer personalized guidance to students on academic planning, goal setting, and skill development to achieve their desired career outcomes. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress notes, and follow-up actions. Job Requirements: 1-5 years of experience in education counseling or a related field. Strong knowledge of different educational systems and institutions. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people (students, parents). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
