Sales Promoter

Role & Responsibilities: Promote and sell Infinix smartphones to customers at retail outlets. Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable smartphone based on their requirements. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the company. Maintain proper product display and brand visibility in stores. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and store staff. Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and promotional activities. Prepare and submit daily sales and stock reports. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass, Graduate preferred. 1-3 years of experience in Mobile Sales, Retail Sales, Consumer Electronics, or Customer Service. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales and customer engagement. Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile technology, and mobile applications. Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude. Comfortable working in retail stores and handling walk-in customers. Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply. Local candidates preferred.
