Job description
Role & Responsibilities: Fraud detection and prevention by Screening/Sampling and Hindsighting. Monitoring and field verification of customer profiles for high-value cases. Conduct field investigations on fraud cases and share findings with relevant departments. Manage vendor connect, empanelment, and billing. Conduct branch training on RCU and various related aspects along with providing feedback to branches. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidate must be a graduate in any stream.
