This is a Legal profile where the candidate has to perform customer visits and recover target amount from them by taking legal route. Role & Responsibilities: Handle matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Handle Arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act. Handle Court Orders and possess procedural knowledge. Handle execution proceedings. Perform legal drafting. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidate with a strong understanding of the Negotiable Instruments Act Section 138, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Code of Civil Procedure, and Code of Criminal Procedure.
