Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service. Handle warranty-returned batteries and reduce response time for processing warranty claims. Organize service camps to create customer awareness regarding proper battery maintenance. Conduct product feedback through cut-open analysis of batteries. Train service technicians and Battery Mobile technicians on service standards and technical procedures. Ensure environmental pollution is minimized at service stations by following prescribed guidelines. Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, and operational standards at service centers. Coordinate with internal teams to improve service quality, warranty handling, and customer support.
