Relationship Manager - WC & INF, Transportation Group

Job Title: Relationship Manager – WC & INF, Transportation Group. Department: Transportation Group – Working Capital (WC) / Inventory Funding (INF). Grade/Band: E3–E4. Job Summary: Responsible for driving business performance in Working Capital (WC) and Inventory Funding (INF) within the Transportation Group. The role includes client acquisition, portfolio management, financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage Working Capital business for transportation segment clients. Handle Inventory Funding solutions for dealers. Identify and acquire new clients through proactive sales initiatives. Conduct financial assessments, preliminary appraisals, and eligibility evaluations. Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for seamless case processing. Drive revenue growth through cross-selling transportation-related financial solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare MIS reports, performance reports, and portfolio health dashboards. Support strategic initiatives and E4-level team coordination. Eligibility: Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 2 years of banking experience in Sales or Relationship Management. Exposure to Working Capital, SME, Infrastructure, or Transport Finance preferred. Technical skills include Working Capital products knowledge, MS Excel, and MIS Reporting.
