The role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents/advisors, driving health insurance sales through the agency channel, motivating the sales team to achieve business targets, conducting regular meetings and performance reviews, and ensuring continuous business growth. Candidates should have at least 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in insurance or sales/marketing. Graduates from any discipline with strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills are preferred.
