Job description
Job Title: Chat Service Representative (Work from Office - Ahmedabad Site). Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries through chat and email, providing prompt and accurate customer support, resolving customer queries professionally, maintaining high service quality, documenting interactions, and working in rotational shifts. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills, and be flexible to work rotational shifts. Freshers and experienced candidates (0-5 years) are eligible to apply. Weekly off consists of two rotational days.
