Job description
Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable Java backend systems. Design and implement backend services and RESTful/event-driven APIs using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Data, SQL, Apache Kafka, and Microservices. Lead backend architecture decisions, enforce coding standards, optimize applications for performance, scalability, availability, and reliability, implement CI/CD practices, improve observability through logging, monitoring, metrics, and alerting, collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and Operations teams, create and maintain technical documentation, own end-to-end service delivery from design to production, mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, resolve production incidents through root cause analysis, drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with quality standards, and effectively communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders.
