Job description
Design, develop, and deliver institution-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy and capacity-building programs for students, faculty, AI Champions, senior leadership, and partner organizations. Develop AI training curricula aligned with institutional strategy across multiple disciplines, create professional training materials including presentations, workbooks, case studies, and benchmarking frameworks, and deliver engaging classroom, online, and blended learning sessions using modern instructional techniques and interactive platforms such as Mentimeter, Zoom, live polling, breakout sessions, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Coach and mentor AI Champions and faculty trainers, develop train-the-trainer resources, monitor participant progress, maintain dashboards and reports, analyze training effectiveness, collect learner feedback, collaborate with academic departments and leadership to identify training needs, represent the AI Transformation Office (AITO) in strategic discussions, coordinate training initiatives across UPES, Pearl Academy, and partner organizations, and continuously improve curriculum, delivery quality, and institutional AI adoption. Candidates should possess strong instructional design, adult learning, facilitation, curriculum development, stakeholder management, presentation, communication, AI literacy, machine learning awareness, data literacy, and training program management skills.
