Manage repair and maintenance of buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other civil infrastructure. Coordinate with internal departments for project execution. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records. Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations. Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
