Job description
Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
Conduct quality checks as per approved SOPs and inspection plans.
Record inspection and test results accurately.
Identify non-conforming materials/products and report deviations.
Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure products comply with customer specifications and quality standards.
Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Stores to resolve quality issues.
Participate in internal quality audits and process improvement activities.
Ensure measuring instruments are properly handled and calibrated.
Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures at all times.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.
