RTOS/Baremetal Embedded Software Developer

Position: RTOS / Bare-Metal Embedded Software Developer Experience: 2 to 4 Years Location:Bangalore Job Summary We are seeking a talented RTOS / Bare-Metal Embedded Software Developer to design, develop, and optimize firmware for resource-constrained embedded systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Embedded C programming, microcontroller-based development, real-time operating systems (RTOS), device drivers, and low-level hardware interaction. Key Responsibilities Design and develop embedded firmware using C for microcontroller-based systems. Develop software for RTOS and Bare-Metal environments. Implement device drivers and Board Support Package (BSP) components. Develop and optimize real-time applications with strict timing requirements. Interface with peripherals such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet, ADC, PWM, GPIO, and Timers. Debug hardware-software integration issues. Analyze CPU, memory, and power utilization to optimize system performance. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system validation. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Collaborate with hardware, validation, and system engineering teams. Preferred Skills Experience with ARM Cortex-M/A/R processors Knowledge of STM32, NXP, TI, Renesas, Infineon, Nordic, or Microchip platforms Familiarity with Functional Safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508, DO-178C) Experience with Secure Boot and Firmware Security Knowledge of Embedded Linux (added advantage) Exposure to AUTOSAR, Industrial Automation, IoT, Medical, or Consumer Electronics products Role: Embedded Systems Engineer Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Software Development Education UG: Any Graduate
