Responsible for managing LAS (Loan Against Securities) and EL (Education Loan) business for assigned city/area/region. Achieve sales targets, acquire new customers, identify business opportunities, drive business through branches, private banking, DSA and retail asset channels, cross-sell financial products, manage sales teams, ensure lead conversion, maintain documentation quality, and resolve customer issues within timelines.
