Job description
IT Applications Customer Consultant role within a Support Team responsible for delivering customer-focused software solutions and technical assistance. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to support business software applications, provide troubleshooting assistance, configure software solutions, and ensure smooth integration between business processes and technology. Responsibilities include conducting software installations, configuring applications according to customer requirements, providing onsite and remote customer support, supporting in-house and third-party software, assisting with report modifications and report creation coordination, delivering customer training onsite and remotely, troubleshooting software issues, providing after-hours support when required, and completing additional duties as directed by management. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while working with diverse customers.
