Building strong alliances with schools, colleges, and universities to promote organization's programs and services by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. 1. Building and maintaining strong connections with key decision-makers in educational institutions. 2. Planning and hosting webinars, seminars, and events for educational institutions. 3. Registering candidates on the organization's platform solution. 4. Soliciting feedback from educational institutions to enhance our services and offerings. 5. Establishing solid relationships with employers in assigned territories to seek job opportunities to facilitate student placements. 6. Collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution of projects related to institutional connections. 7. Achieving and surpassing sales and revenue goals in the designated territory. 8. Staying informed on industry trends and competitors to identify partnerships and business development opportunities. 9. Identifying new opportunities to gain an edge over competitors and boost partnerships and revenue growth. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS External Skills and Expertise: • Institutional sales, business development, negotiation & persuasion, adaptability & ownership, channel expansion & networking & employer connections. • 6+ years in the education industry in similar role • Having strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, employers, and channel partners.
