Coordinate and maintain the animal health program, collect slaughter and transportation data, verify farm records, conduct internal and external animal welfare audits, assist with annual audits and farm visits, deliver employee training, collaborate with other Maple Lodge Farms locations, and support regulatory compliance and food safety initiatives.
