Sales Executive

Job description CASA Sales Executive - We are looking for energetic and target-driven CASA Sales Executives to acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products through branch sourcing and open market activities Key Responsibilities Source new Current Account and Savings Account customers through branch leads and open market activities. Generate leads through field visits, customer references, and local market networking. Ensure cross-sell of bank products Explain CASA products, features, and benefits to prospective customers. Assist customers with account opening documentation and KYC formalities. Build and maintain relationships with customers and branch staff. Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets. Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines. Experience: Mandatory experience in CASA Sales. Candidates from DSA and telecalling backgrounds will not be considered. Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to work in field sales and meet business targets. Preferred candidate profile Education: Minimum Graduate (as per company requirements). Preferred Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills. Customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
