Job description WLAN Developer (Connectivity: Wifi team)- Job Description Good understanding of wpa-supplicant, android connectivity framework/HAL Working experience win WLAN Device drivers, Firmware [IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac protocols, WFA Specifications] Design, develop and maintain WLAN features for IEEE 802.11 devices Good conversance with Wi-Fi standards (802.11) and experience in implementing or optimizing these protocols in real-world applications. Working Knowledge of 802.11 a,b,g,n,ac and Wi-Fi Direct technologies TCP/IP Networking Skills: You should have a basic understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite and some experience working with sockets and network communication in embedded systems. Conversant with embedded development tools, debuggers, protocol analyzers, etc. Good understanding and work experience in Networking. Hands on experience working with major various wlan chips like Qualcomm, Marvell, Broadcom etc. Good to have skills Understanding of Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), including their use in embedded platforms Good exposure on board bring-up and Hardware handling.
