Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for technical roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial HR interviews. Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer discussions. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with internal teams. Stay updated on current hiring trends and emerging technologies.
