Lead complete plant setup and commissioning projects, plan plant layout and machinery installation, manage project timelines, budgets and vendor coordination, oversee installation of rubber processing equipment and production lines, develop SOPs and preventive maintenance plans, optimize processes, ensure compliance with safety, quality and ISO standards, and coordinate with Production, QA, R&D and Engineering teams for smooth project execution.
