He/She Will require working on:
📌 Do End to End recruitment Activities.
📌 Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals etc.
📌 Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
📌 Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Soft Skills: -
📌 Should communicate fluently in English, Hindi or Gujarati.
📌 Good Command on Excel/Microsoft Office tools,
📌 Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portal/social media/colleges etc.
📌 Working on IT / Non-IT Profiles
