📍 Location: Chennai / Sri City
💼 Experience: 2–6 Years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Automation)
Job Role
We are hiring a Robot Engineer with experience in industrial robotics, PLC integration, commissioning, and maintenance for manufacturing automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Program, commission, and troubleshoot industrial robots.
Integrate robots with PLCs, conveyors, sensors, and automation equipment.
Perform robot teaching, calibration, and cycle time optimization.
Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Support installation, commissioning, and production activities.
Ensure safety compliance and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
2–6 years of experience in industrial robotics.
Knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley).
Experience in robot programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Robot programming & simulation.
PLC–Robot communication.
Vision systems.
Welding, material handling, assembly, pick-and-place, or palletizing.
Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
