Role - Head - Technical Services / Technology Transfer Reporting - Plant Head Experience - +17 Years Location - Cuddler Qualifications - Chemical Engineer -B.Tech Age not more than - 52 Years Mandatory -Minimum 5 years in Technical Services, Process Engineering, or Plant Technical Support & Strong experience in hazardous, fluorochemical, specialty chemical, or continuous process plants is preferred. Role Purpose-- The Head Technical Services will provide technical leadership for the Cuddalore manufacturing site by driving process optimization, technology absorption, plant troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while supporting new projects, process excellence, and regulatory compliance across multiple hazardous chemical plants. Key Responsibilities-- Lead the Technical Services function for all manufacturing plants at the Cuddalore site. Drive process optimization, debottlenecking, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives. Provide technical support for plant operations, troubleshooting, commissioning, and performance improvement. Facilitate technology transfer and absorption from R&D to commercial manufacturing. Support new projects through engineering reviews, commissioning, and process stabilization. Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and process safety regulations, including Factories Act, PESO, and Pollution Control Board requirements. Implement best practices in Process Safety Management (PSM), TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and Integrated Management Systems (IMS). Lead root cause analysis, process reliability, and operational excellence initiatives. Develop technical capabilities through mentoring, training, and knowledge management. Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Projects, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
