Job description
GEP is hiring a Graphic Designer to transform business ideas into compelling visual communications. The role involves creating high-impact presentations, infographics, visual frameworks, and business design assets that effectively communicate complex information. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Solution Design team to understand project requirements, reviewing design briefs, converting text-heavy business content into visually engaging stories, designing presentations using PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools, creating layouts, icons, grids, illustrations, and infographics, utilizing AI-powered design tools and automation to improve productivity, presenting design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final deliverables, maintaining project trackers, ensuring timely completion of design assignments, and exploring new design plugins and creative technologies. Candidates should have 3 to 8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or multinational company, with expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, basic video editing, presentation design, infographic creation, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, multitasking ability, stakeholder management skills, and a strong design portfolio. Experience with AI-powered design tools, automation, and modern design plugins is an added advantage.
