HDFC Bank is hiring Relationship Managers for the Preferred Banking (PB Classic) segment in Bhopal. The role involves acquiring and managing High Net Worth (HNI) customers, growing the Preferred Banking portfolio, deepening customer relationships, increasing wallet share, acquiring new-to-bank customers, cross-selling banking, investment and insurance products, providing financial advisory services, ensuring customer retention, achieving monthly and yearly revenue targets, maintaining high-quality customer service, ensuring KYC/AML compliance, handling documentation accurately, promoting digital banking channels, resolving customer complaints within TAT, coordinating with internal departments including operations, treasury, credit and product teams, and ensuring portfolio hygiene. Candidates should have 3–8 years of banking and wealth management experience with strong sales, portfolio management and relationship management skills. Certifications like AMFI, NISM or IRDA will be an added advantage. Female candidates are preferred.
