Relationship Manager Executive – Servicing Department. NoBroker is hiring Relationship Managers to manage paid customers and provide end-to-end support throughout their property buying, selling, or renting journey. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable properties or tenants, managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, negotiating with leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Candidates will use internal CRM tools, provide regular updates to customers, resolve queries efficiently, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
