Team Leader – Assisted Buying will lead and manage a team of Assisted Buying Agents who help customers make high-value purchase decisions through calls, chats, and digital platforms. The role involves supervising daily sales activities, monitoring team performance, coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring achievement of sales targets, improving customer experience, handling escalations, maintaining service quality, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve sales processes. The Team Leader will also analyze team performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve productivity and conversions while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
