GVPR Engineers Ltd. is hiring an experienced DGM/AGM – Business Development to drive business growth in the Government and Technology Solutions domain across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and the Western Region. The role involves identifying and developing large-value business opportunities in Smart City Projects, Surveillance Solutions, Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS), Digital Transformation, and e-Governance initiatives. The candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with Government of Maharashtra departments, Central Government ministries, PSUs, Municipal Corporations, Smart City SPVs, consultants, and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities include generating new business, preparing and delivering presentations, participating in bidding and proposal discussions, negotiating commercial terms, managing stakeholder relationships, tracking market opportunities, developing strategic business plans, coordinating with internal technical and project teams, and ensuring successful closure of high-value government projects while achieving business development targets with minimal supervision.
