Aadhocc Software Technologies is hiring a Digital Marketing Lead – Performance Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The role involves managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising channels to generate qualified leads for Website Development, Mobile App Development, ERP, CRM, SEO, and Digital Marketing services. The candidate will manage campaign budgets, optimize key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI, conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities include collaborating with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages, monitoring campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio, configuring conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking, preparing weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights, and working closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates. The role also requires staying updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing to continuously enhance campaign performance and business growth.
