Job description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all HR functions while fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational performance. The role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction, building and sustaining a positive organizational culture aligned with company values, planning employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, recognition activities, and team-building events, maintaining healthy employee relations, resolving conflicts and grievances, implementing performance management systems, defining and monitoring employee KPIs, conducting performance appraisals, supporting career development, identifying training needs, organizing learning and development programs, managing compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, developing HR policies and best practices, analyzing HR metrics and workforce trends, leading employee retention initiatives, supporting organizational development and change management, collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, utilizing HR software and HRIS platforms to improve operational efficiency, and mentoring employees while promoting a high-performance culture.
