Job description
We are looking for an HR Executive and Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for blue-collar workforce in jewellery manufacturing. The role includes sourcing candidates through job portals, recruitment consultants, local vendors, employee referrals, and field hiring drives, conducting initial candidate screening, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, managing joining formalities, onboarding, induction programs, preparing and maintaining employee records and personnel files, ensuring timely background verification and document collection, coordinating with production teams to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines, maintaining recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and workforce data, supporting day-to-day HR operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding, and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and documentation standards. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in jewellery manufacturing, those based in Jaipur or willing to relocate, and immediate joiners.
