Job description
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to lead recruitment operations and drive overall team performance in a fast-paced BPO environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring the recruitment team, setting performance goals, monitoring individual and team productivity, and ensuring the achievement of hiring and operational targets. The role includes overseeing end-to-end lateral hiring activities, planning recruitment strategies, sourcing and selecting high-quality talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures of open positions. The Deputy Manager will supervise daily recruitment and operational activities, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability, collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies, prepare recruitment and performance reports, analyze key hiring metrics, ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards, and drive continuous process improvements. The role also involves developing team capabilities through coaching, conducting performance reviews, resolving operational challenges, supporting workforce planning initiatives, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high levels of service quality and employee engagement while contributing to the organization's overall growth and operational excellence.
